TICKET POLICY

3.1 Ticket Purchase Terms

By purchasing tickets to Monster Truck Roundup events, you agree to the following conditions:

  • All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges except where required by law.

  • Tickets are personal licenses and may not be resold without our written consent.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3.2 Event Entry and Conduct

To ensure safety and enjoyment:

  • Entry may require valid photo ID and a physical or digital ticket.

  • Security searches may be conducted. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.

  • Prohibited items include weapons, outside food or drink, and unauthorized recording devices.

  • Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or harassment may lead to ejection without refund.

3.3 Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

  • If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, a refund up to the ticket’s face value may be issued.

  • Weather delays or other rescheduling do not warrant a refund unless explicitly stated.

3.4 Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, including injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable diseases. Monster Truck Roundup is not liable for any resulting damages or losses.

3.5 COVID-19 and Health Guidelines

  • Entry may require proof of vaccination, negative test results, or compliance with health screenings.

  • Attendees must adhere to local health mandates and venue policies.

3.6 Photography, Media, and Intellectual Property

  • Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized commercial recording or distribution of event content is prohibited.

  • By attending, you grant us the right to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

3.7 Ticket Fraud and Unauthorized Sales

  • Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be invalid.

  • We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious ticket purchases.
