Terms and Conditions – Monster Truck Roundup Effective Upon Purchase and Entry By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any Monster Truck Roundup event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. All Sales Final All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, schedule changes, personal circumstances, or changes to vehicles, drivers, or performances. Event Operation and Schedule Changes Events are held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by event operators, venue management, or local authorities. Monster Truck Roundup reserves the right to modify event schedules, programs, vehicle lineups, attractions, or timing at any time. Events may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to weather, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If an event is canceled without rescheduling, any remedy will be determined solely at the discretion of Monster Truck Roundup and the ticketing provider. No Guarantee of Specific Performances Monster Truck Roundup does not guarantee the appearance of any specific monster truck, driver, stunt, or attraction. Mechanical failure, safety issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in substitutions or changes. Assumption of Risk Motorsports events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to loud noise, flying debris, weather exposure, vehicle malfunction, and crowd activity. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance. Hearing protection and appropriate safety precautions are strongly recommended. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Monster Truck Roundup, its owners, promoters, employees, contractors, sponsors, drivers, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to attendance, participation, or presence at the event. Minors All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety, behavior, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Optional Ticket Protection and Insurance Optional ticket protection or purchase insurance may be offered at checkout through a third-party provider. Such coverage is optional and governed solely by the terms of the insurance provider. Monster Truck Roundup does not provide, administer, or underwrite ticket insurance and is not responsible for claims or coverage decisions. Admission and Conduct Event staff and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, or for violation of venue rules or applicable laws. No refunds will be issued for removal due to conduct violations. Media Release By attending the event, you grant Monster Truck Roundup the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and use your likeness, image, and voice for promotional, marketing, broadcast, or archival purposes without compensation. Force Majeure Monster Truck Roundup shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, acts of government, mechanical failures, public safety concerns, or other force majeure events. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.
