  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through our services
  • Upload offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content through the MTR Show App

5. USER CONTENT

When you upload photos or submit content through the MTR Show App, you grant Monster Truck Roundup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services and promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content. All uploaded content is subject to staff moderation and may be removed if it violates these terms.

6. TICKETS & PURCHASES

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Monster Truck Roundup reserves the right to modify show schedules, lineups, and venue arrangements. In the event of a cancellation, refund policies will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

7. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to our SMS Terms of Service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to a trial by jury or class action lawsuit.
